Robach is an avid runner. She posts several photos on Instagram of herself going for a jog outside. She posted this photo of herself running by the Ashokan Reservoir. Robach captioned the photo, "With a run path like this and #holdmyhand by @ladygaga on repeat.. 90 degrees doesn't feel so bad! (Only lasted 1.5 miles though)."

Robach doesn't just go running outside. When she goes to the gym, she likes to run on the treadmill. She posted this video of herself doing so on Instagram. She captioned it, "When it's cold outside, you've got the gym to yourself and an amazing run buddy who is gifted at making workout videos… the treadmill doesn't seem so bad."

Robach is a cancer survivor. She revealed in an interview with The Doctors that after being diagnosed, she changed a lot of her habits, including her eating habits. "I am now an intermittent faster," Robach said. "Which I do about six days a week."

In addition to intermittent fasting, Robach tells The Doctors that she adopted a keto diet after having cancer. "I have lived a ketogenic lifestyle for the past four years or so," she says. "I've never felt better. My body hasn't looked this good since I was a teenager."

Robach is proud of her body after everything she's gone through. She tells the Bulletproof Radio podcast, "I'm proud of it, I work hard for it. I'm 47 years old, had two children, and battled cancer, I have scars to prove all of those things. And I do love the body I'm in."
