The Jets ended a five-game losing streak thanks partly to Zach Wilson playing arguably the best game of his career. The 301-yard, two-touchdown outing was the third time he’s thrown for more than 300 yards in a game.

There is no denying the Dolphins’ electrifying offense is one of the best in the league; their 31.6 points per game are second only to Dallas. But the knock on Miami is they’ve put up video game-type numbers against bad teams and struggled against playoff-caliber opponents. Only one of their nine wins has come against a team with a winning record (the Broncos, who needed a recent 6-1 stretch to get one game above .500). Miami has averaged 37 points in those victories. That number drops to 19.5 in their four losses, three of which have come against teams with winning records. Part of the struggles can be attributed to Miami’s injury-ravaged offensive line.

The Jets’ defense is a tough test for even Miami’s offense. It ranks inside the top 10 in points allowed (19.8 per game). New York boasts one of the league’s best secondaries, allowing the second-fewest passing yards per game (167.2).

Miami was without Tyreek Hill for most of the game against Tennessee after suffering a first-quarter ankle injury but was able to return in the second half. Hill was visibly limited, and he’s out against the Jets.
