The young girl disappeared from her home on Rhodes Street in Loganlea, south of Brisbane about 2pm on November 21.

In that time she had not been seen or heard from, with major fears held for the young girls’ safety.

On Saturday Queensland police issued another plea for public assistance as more than 10 days had passed since her disappearance.

Fortunately, she was found in the area on Sunday.

“The girl has been located safe and well,” Queensland Police announced in a statement on Sunday afternoon.

“Media and the public are thanked for their assistance.”

Police and the girl’s family held serious concern for her welfare due to her young age.
